Mischa was the daughter of the rich and well-known Mischa Barton on the 24th of January, 1986. The birthplace was in Hammersmith England, United Kingdom. In the TV show The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. In addition, she appeared in The Sixth Sense, a suspense thriller. Also, she was in the suspense film called The Sixth Sensation. She starred in a TV show that became very well-known. The O.C. was a big hit TV show that she appeared in. with Benjamin McKenzie who played her lover. Ben McKenzie who played her lover. Barton made her television debut in 1993 playing Corvina Lan in flashbacks to the All My Children soap opera. In 1996 Barton returned to All My Children and replaced Michelle Trachtenberg who played Lily Benton Montgomery. Katie Singer guest-starred as Jessie Sammler Evan Rachel Wood's girlfriend in the eight episodes of Once and Again. In 2001, Barton went back to acting, and was a part of the independent Canadian film titled Lost and Delirious. It was based off her Susan Swan novel The Wives of Bath. Barton along with her co-stars Jessica Pare, Piper Perabo got mixed praises. Julie Johnson, a 2001 film that starred Lili Taylor and Courtney Love in which she as the lesbian child of an adulterous female. Barton played a secondary role with Brad Renfro, Dominique Swain and Brad Renfro in Tart (2001), an independent drama for teens. Nadia Elena Comaneci..........................At the 1976 Olympics a 14-year-old Romanian captured the hearts and minds of the world with her daring and perfectio earning seven perfect tens three gold medals one silver and one bronze. In Romania she was welcomed as a true hero. Four years later during the 1988 Olympics Comaneci was awarded two more gold medals as well as two silver to increase her Olympic total to 9 gold medals. In 1996 Comaneci was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame and, in 1999, she was recognized with a special award from ABC News and Ladies Home Journal for being named one of 100 of the Most Important women in the 20th Century. In the month of April, 1996 Comaneci got married to American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they share a son, Dylan Paul. Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy and other gymnastics business are owned through the connoisseurs. Comaneci has a number of charities like Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association (SIMD) and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. In the years since, she is still a major supporter of many other charitable organizations in her native Romania. This includes the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
